ANSWER: Use the “Check Dates/Book Now” page and choose your party type, your date and time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm and that’s it!
QUESTION: How do I know the game truck can come to my house?
ANSWER: Chicago Game And Go drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. Our trailer package is 55 feet long and needs to be placed on a relatively flat area. Otherwise, you can have us set up at a nearby park, church or parking lot! Please call us if you have any questions regarding trailer placement and location.
QUESTION: Will the kids know how to play the games?
ANSWER: That’s why we bring our Chicago Game And Go Game Coaches! They help the kids, coach and instruct. They make sure it’s the best party of the year!
QUESTION: Should I be concerned if the games will be appropriate for the kids?
ANSWER: If you have concerns, inform our Game Coach upon arrival and he will make sure that games are appropriate for the age level of your guests. Otherwise, he will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the best party ever!
QUESTION: Will bad weather affect my party?
ANSWER: As long as it is safe for us to drive, we will come rain, shine, or when temps are below freezing or over 100 degrees – we are climate controlled! In the event of snow, we will only travel to a party if the temperature has climbed above 32 degrees Fahrenheit and the roads are clear of snow and ice. We will make a full refund and/or reschedule if such a cancellation must be made on our part.
QUESTION: What time should I start my party?
ANSWER: You can schedule your party to begin a half-hour or hour prior to our arrival if you want to have time for food/cake before we arrive. Otherwise, you can schedule the party to end a half-hour or hour after we’re done and eat later….the choice is up to you! If we arrive after your guests do, you will get to see their surprise when the Chicago Game And Go video game theater arrives.
QUESTION: What if more guests than expected show up? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun!
QUESTION: Can I request certain games or play my own games?
ANSWER: We always bring our full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen and make suggestions to make your event successful. Please let the Game Coach know if you wish to allow games rated “M.” You may play your own games, but we are not responsible for any damage or loss of your own video games.
QUESTION: Should I tip the Game Coach?
ANSWER: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. Our Game Coaches tutor, encourage and entertain your guests. Tipping for service is a great idea and very much appreciated, but definitely not required or expected.
QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. Once we confirm that your party date and time is available, you must pay a deposit or the full amount, according to the online reservation directions. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.
